A Joyful Summer in 2025

Visitors to the park in May will be surprised at the number of events available within the park. "VE" Day Celebrations, Music in the Bandstand, "pArt of Pontypridd" Art Trail, and Pontypridd Brass Band Festival. The Center is very proud that we have been involved in all of these events.

In addition to the Bandstand events, we are extremely grateful to our volunteer Howard Thomas for holding 2 talks about Italian Cafes in Pontypridd and Cilfynydd - that talk will soon be available on our website as well. Keep an eye on our social pages for more upcoming talks!

And if you fancy doing a bit of gardening with us - the Friends of Ynysangharad Memorial Park are happy to welcome you to the Calon Taf garden! Join us every Wednesday 10:00-12:00, the garden looks really pretty at the moment - it's worth seeing!
